DODGE 1970 D200

Hey Poly-Heads...

If you clicked this link from my FB post, you might be just as disturbed as I am when it comes to Poly stuff and all things MOPAR. That said, I'm not super interested in selling this truck but am motivated by the idea that it could go to someone who can put it to better use and bring it to glory sooner than I can considering all the projects I have going on.

Anyway, here is a bit info and pics for the 1970 D200 we talked about. The VIN plate will give you some of the info you need about the truck, but since some pieces on it have been changed, I'll fill in the blanks.

Originally an LA 318 truck, the engine has been swapped to a Poly 318 with the Weiand 7503 4 BBL Hi-Rise intake. I was going to keep the intake and part the truck out but feel it can make an excellent project as a unit which is why I'd prefer to sell it complete. Though I'd still like to keep the intake, I'm willing to let it go to preserve keeping the truck all together. Truth be told, I hate to part it out now. Whoever buys it can, but I don't want to be that guy. I'm not in a rush to move it and would like to just help it get to the best outcome possible.

Highlights

Poly with Weiand 7503 Intake. The engine spins freely by just about breathing on it.

Dana 60 rear with 4.10s

NP 445 Transmission

NP205 T-Case

Excellent frame

Good glass all around

Solid fenders

Note: I purchased this with a bill of sale which is also how it will be sold.

I estimate the market value of the rear, t-case, transmission, intake and frame (priced and sold individually) to be about $4500, so I think offering the entire truck @ $3000 is a fair price. Remember, I do not want to part this truck out; we all know the work that can be involved in doing that and if I gotta go there, I might just as well build something out of it.
