Here are some pics of metal removal, patch panel fab and installation to the inside of the PS rockers. One thing to pay attention to, as pointed out in the pics, and why I suggested purchasing completely new rockers, is the small rust holes that pop up as the metal is being cleaned and prepped. This is an issue throughout and some hole are much bigger than others. These will all be repaired with new metal as they are found, but will require more fab work & patching, which will require more finish work. I'm trying to balance it out for your budget, but it's a tightrope act and not my preferred way to do this.
